I have been using this software (the Pro version) for over a year. It is good software and I haven't had any issues up until now. My computer crashed and I have a new system. I wanted to download the software that I paid for and install it onto my new computer. Unfortunately, because I purchased the Full Convert Enterprise software slightly over a year ago, they have deactivated my download and expected me to pay an additional $219 to reactivate the link. I consider this to be holding me hostage. I definitely will try to find an alternative to Full Convert.
